Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced Honeywell systems, including aerospace controls and industrial automation equipment.
  • Conduct comprehensive safety assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies during field operations to comply with OSHA, FAA, and international standards.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and resource allocation to execution and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Interface directly with customers to gather requirements, provide technical consultations, and deliver training on system operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and home office support, to resolve complex technical issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations on project outcomes, lessons learned, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%) to support field services in diverse environments, adapting to varying regulatory and cultural contexts.

  • 7+ years of experience in field services engineering, project management, or advanced systems deployment in aerospace, industrial automation, or manufacturing industries (experience)
  • Proven track record of managing field safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA, FAA, and ISO standards (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, customers, and executives (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally (experience)
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to ITAR compliance (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products or similar advanced control systems (e.g., avionics, building automation) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead field installations and commissioning of complex engineering systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot advanced technical issues in real-time during on-site operations
  • Develop and enforce safety plans, conducting hazard assessments and training field personnel on best practices
  • Coordinate with home office engineering teams to provide real-time updates and technical data via digital collaboration tools
  • Deliver customer-facing presentations, training sessions, and status reports to build strong relationships and drive satisfaction
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources using tools like MS Project or Primavera
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of service methodologies for future deployments
