- Lead the full project lifecycle from concept through design, development, testing, and commercial launch of integrated hardware-firmware-software-mechanical systems.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with global engineering, product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align on technical requirements and resolve integration challenges.
- Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions using embedded systems, IoT protocols, and automation controls tailored to building management applications.
- Conduct technical reviews, simulations, and validation testing to optimize system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards such as UL, CE, and ASHRAE.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to foster innovation and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and ensure solutions meet market needs for energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Stage-Gate (experience)
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)
- PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification (experience)
- Experience in building automation systems (BAS) or HVAC controls (experience)

- Design and prototype innovative solutions for building automation, focusing on safety, reliability, and energy efficiency
