Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for complex BMS implementations, from inception through commissioning, managing budgets up to $10M+ and timelines spanning 12-36 months.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to design, integrate, and deploy Niagara-based BMS platforms with SCADA, HVAC, and IoT integrations.
- Develop and execute project plans using Agile/PMI methodologies, mitigating risks and ensuring 99%+ on-time delivery rates.
- Conduct stakeholder engagements, translating client requirements into technical specifications and delivering executive-level presentations on project ROI and performance metrics.
- Oversee system commissioning, testing, and optimization to achieve energy savings targets and BACnet/IP compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project data, implementing lessons learned, and contributing to Honeywell's global BMS best practices library.
- Ensure adherence to international standards (ISO 50001, LEED) and safety protocols across diverse regulatory environments.

- Deep knowledge of BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and platforms (Niagara, Tridium) (experience)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (experience)
- Experience with hybrid cloud-edge BMS architectures and cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration (experience)
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP certification (experience)
- 10+ years in BMS with international project exposure in EMEA/APAC regions (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for BMS deployments, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and integrating BMS solutions with HVAC, lighting, and fire safety systems
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and clients while mitigating commercial and technical risks
- Perform system simulations, FAT/SAT testing, and post-commissioning optimizations for peak performance
- Generate detailed reports on KPIs such as energy savings, uptime, and fault diagnostics
- Foster client relationships through regular progress reviews and value-add consultations
- Champion safety, sustainability, and compliance in all project phases across global sites
