  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in BMS and HVAC system design, implementation, and commissioning (experience)
  • Proven expertise in building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LONWorks, and Niagara Framework (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, VAVs, and energy recovery systems (experience)
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar for system schematics and 3D modeling (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally and work on-site as required (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Building Services (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as CEng, PE, or Certified Building Energy Professional (CBEP) (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell's WEBs or Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) platforms (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement BMS architectures for large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring scalability and interoperability
  • Develop and test HVAC control sequences, optimizing for energy efficiency and indoor air quality
  • Lead commissioning, startup, and handover processes, including FAT/SAT testing and client training
  • Analyze system performance data to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams to scope and deliver customized solutions
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and LEED certifications
  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing through technical documentation and best practices
