Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BMS market, focusing on enterprise-level clients in commercial real estate, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Prospect and qualify high-value leads through market research, networking events, and digital outreach, converting them into multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on Honeywell's BMS portfolio including Niagara Framework, building automation systems, and IoT integrations.
  • Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and ROI analyses to tailor solutions that address customer pain points in energy management and smart infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to senior management, influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and channel partners to ensure seamless proposal development, contract negotiations, and successful project handovers.
  • Track sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce, delivering accurate forecasting and performance reports to optimize business outcomes.
