Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies, including co-branded campaigns, demand generation programs, and partner enablement initiatives tailored to regional market needs.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs (digital, events, webinars) to drive partner-led revenue, targeting 20-30% year-over-year growth in channel contributions.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and Marketo to provide actionable insights and recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams and channel partners to create customized marketing toolkits, sales collateral, and training resources that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Manage budgets for channel marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI maximization through data-driven decision-making and vendor negotiations.
  • Foster partner relationships by leading joint marketing planning sessions and co-developing go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in B2B channel marketing, incorporating emerging technologies like AI-driven personalization and sustainability-focused messaging.

  • Strong understanding of international markets and ability to adapt strategies to diverse cultural and regulatory environments (experience)
  • Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA (experience)
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) (experience)
  • Experience in the aerospace, industrial automation, or building technologies industries (experience)

  • Design and execute channel marketing strategies to enhance partner engagement and drive pipeline growth across international regions
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns, including digital assets, webinars, and trade show activations, in collaboration with channel partners
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
  • Create and distribute partner enablement materials, such as sales playbooks, battlecards, and training modules
  • Manage channel marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and program compliance with Honeywell's global standards
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and launching joint go-to-market initiatives for new product introductions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to innovate channel programs incorporating AI, sustainability, and digital transformation themes
