  • Develop loyalty programs, newsletters, and digital content tailored to key customer segments in industries such as aviation, energy, and manufacturing.
  • Partner with sales, product, and digital teams to create customer journey maps and optimize touchpoints for maximum impact.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global compliance standards.
