Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you will leverage data-driven insights, multi-channel campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across digital channels including email, paid social, SEO/SEM, and webinars to achieve quarterly pipeline targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics to optimize ROI and iterate on strategies in real-time.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create personalized nurture programs that align with buyer journeys and industry verticals.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and multivariate experiments to enhance conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Manage lead scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing automation to ensure seamless handoff to sales teams.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline velocity to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in B2B marketing, martech stack innovations, and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or B2B lead generation roles (experience)
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns generating $1M+ in pipeline annually (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot (experience)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) (experience)
  • Experience in tech or industrial sectors with understanding of complex B2B sales cycles (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Analytics (experience)
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Marketo, or HubSpot (experience)
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent data platforms like 6sense or Bombora (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to meet and exceed pipeline goals
  • Lead the development of email nurture sequences, webinars, and paid media strategies targeting key accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue objectives
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and A/B testing to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Build and refine lead scoring models and segmentation strategies within marketing automation platforms
  • Generate executive-level reports on campaign ROI, attribution, and forecasting using advanced analytics
  • Innovate with emerging martech tools and tactics to scale demand generation efforts globally
