- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, revenue growth, and profitability optimization (experience)
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards (experience)
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field (experience)
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or technology industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight to the commercial finance organization, aligning financial plans with business unit objectives
- Develop and execute financial models for revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights to senior executives
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across commercial functions without compromising growth
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations leaders to enhance customer profitability and deal evaluation
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to the CFO, leadership team, and Board
- Drive adoption of advanced financial analytics tools and ERP systems to improve decision-making efficiency
