In this critical role, you will champion ethical business practices, ensure regulatory adherence, and safeguard Honeywell's reputation worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Integrity & Compliance, you will support international operations in a hybrid work environment, blending remote flexibility with collaborative on-site engagement at key global hubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs aligned with global standards such as FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and GDPR.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and mitigate integrity risks across Honeywell's international business units.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership and cross-functional teams on ethics, anti-corruption, and third-party compliance matters.
  • Design and deliver training programs to foster a culture of integrity, utilizing e-learning platforms and in-person workshops.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to integrate compliance into business processes and contracts.
  • Track key performance metrics, report on compliance effectiveness, and recommend process improvements to executive management.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries and support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and supplier onboarding.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Ethics, or a related field (experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in integrity, compliance, or ethics roles within a multinational corporation (experience)
  • Proven track record in managing compliance programs in international settings, including exposure to anti-bribery laws (e.g., FCPA, UKBA) (experience)
  • Experience conducting compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and industry standards (experience)
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, international environment (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law, Compliance, or Business Administration (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech industries with third-party risk management (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide integrity and compliance programs tailored to international regulations and Honeywell policies
  • Perform in-depth risk assessments and due diligence on suppliers, partners, and joint ventures across global regions
  • Investigate and resolve compliance violations, preparing detailed reports and remediation plans for senior leadership
  • Develop and deliver targeted training initiatives to enhance employee awareness of ethical standards and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance controls into business operations, contracts, and digital systems
  • Monitor emerging regulatory changes and advise on their impact to Honeywell's international operations
  • Analyze compliance data metrics and present actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
