- Oversee strategic supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and implementing performance metrics to ensure supply chain reliability and quality.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) (experience)
- Strong understanding of lean six sigma, demand forecasting, and supplier risk management (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or equivalent (experience)
- CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in global supply chain management within Fortune 500 companies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs by 10-15%
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Negotiate and manage strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards
