In this pivotal role, you'll manage complex, multi-million-dollar programs from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable digital platforms powered by Honeywell Forge and edge computing technologies. With a focus on customer-centric innovation, you'll ensure programs align with strategic business objectives while mitigating risks and optimizing resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle for HCI initiatives, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and execute program roadmaps, integrating IoT sensors, AI/ML analytics, and cloud infrastructure to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs such as uptime, cost variance, and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster partnerships with external vendors and Honeywell business units to scale solutions globally.
  • Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies, risk assessments, and post-program reviews.

  • 7+ years of program/project management experience in industrial IoT, connected products, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments (experience)
  • Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+ budgets) with cross-functional and international teams (experience)
  • Experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors with knowledge of operational technology (OT) and IT convergence (experience)
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% and work on-site (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering Management, MBA, or related field (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell Forge, AWS/Azure IoT platforms, or similar industrial digital solutions (experience)
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full program lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and handover, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Honeywell standards
  • Build and maintain detailed program plans using tools like Microsoft Project or Jira, tracking milestones, budgets, and risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver IoT-enabled solutions that optimize industrial processes
  • Conduct regular stakeholder reviews, providing executive-level reporting on program status, achievements, and forecasts
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive analysis, change management, and contingency planning
  • Drive customer adoption and success by facilitating training, pilots, and ongoing support for connected industrial platforms
  • Champion innovation by incorporating emerging technologies like AI-driven analytics and edge computing into program deliverables
