Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and analysis of integrated master schedules (IMS) for large-scale programs using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Supervise a team of schedulers, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of program milestones.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, and variance reporting to identify risks and implement recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and finance to baseline schedules and resolve constraints.
- Develop and enforce scheduling best practices, standards, and processes in compliance with aerospace industry regulations such as AS9100 and customer requirements.
- Generate executive-level reports and dashboards on schedule performance metrics (SPI, CPI) for stakeholders and program reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling methodologies, including agile integration for hybrid project environments.

- PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management or Engineering (experience)
- Primavera P6 Advanced User certification (experience)
- Experience with DoD or FAA-regulated programs (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with program work breakdown structures (WBS)
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 schedulers, conducting performance reviews and skill development plans
- Conduct critical path method (CPM) analysis and Monte Carlo simulations for schedule risk assessment
- Collaborate with program managers to baseline schedules, track variances, and execute recovery actions
- Prepare and present schedule performance reports, including SPI/CPI metrics, to executive leadership
- Integrate supply chain and subcontractor schedules into the master program timeline
- Champion process improvements and tool implementations to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency
