Reporting to the Program Management Director, you will oversee end-to-end program execution for multinational projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in program lifecycle management, capable of navigating international teams and diverse regulatory landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for multi-year international initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders across global regions to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor program performance using advanced metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Manage contractual obligations, negotiate with vendors and clients, and ensure adherence to international standards like ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Conduct regular program reviews, prepare executive-level reports, and present progress to senior leadership and customers.
- Foster collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations teams to integrate customer requirements and drive program success.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (experience)
- Experience with program management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira (experience)
- Strong understanding of international regulations and supply chain dynamics (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering Management (experience)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or defense sector programs with ITAR/EAR compliance (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, budgets, and resource plans using industry-standard tools
- Lead risk assessment workshops and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program resilience
- Coordinate with global suppliers and partners to optimize supply chain performance and cost efficiency
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations, status reports, and program gate reviews
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery processes and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell quality standards, customer contracts, and export regulations
- Mentor junior program managers and contribute to team development programs
