Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets exceeding $10M in Eastern Europe BMS markets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 5-8 sales representatives, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, facility managers, and EPC firms to secure large-scale BMS projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from RFP responses to contract negotiations, ensuring 20%+ YoY growth in solution bookings.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to customize BMS demonstrations and proposals.
  • Monitor sales pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce, forecasting accuracy within 95%.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts in commercial real estate, manufacturing, and public sectors
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform pricing, positioning, and product roadmap inputs
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including solution consultations, ROI demonstrations, and high-value contract negotiations
