Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise to expand our market share, build strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Honeywell's advanced gas detector portfolio, including fixed, portable, and wireless systems, targeting annual quotas of $2M+.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations, solution workshops, and site assessments to showcase product capabilities and ROI for safety-critical applications.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, C-suite executives, and end-users in high-hazard industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and channel partners, to customize solutions and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and contracts, negotiating terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), generate sales forecasts, and provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% (experience)
  • Strong understanding of gas detection technologies and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ATEX, SIL) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or sales training (e.g., Challenger Sale) (experience)
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 clients in EMEA, APAC, or Latin America regions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and industry events to expand Honeywell's gas detector market presence
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations, translating complex gas detection features into customer-specific value propositions
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing strategies with multinational clients to secure high-value deals
  • Analyze customer safety challenges and recommend integrated gas detection solutions, including system integration with PLC/SCADA
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and support materials for gas detector promotions
