Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and optimization of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm integrations.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in high-security environments, minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability.

  • Valid certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, or fire safety) (experience)
  • Strong knowledge of international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, EN 50131) (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site in restricted access locations (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Security Technology (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, PSP, or vendor-specific Honeywell training (experience)
  • Experience with integrated building management systems (BMS) or SCADA (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair security systems including IP-based CCTV, biometric access controls, and perimeter intrusion detection
  • Perform preventive maintenance and software/firmware updates to ensure system uptime and compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing on client sites, recommending mitigation strategies
  • Install and commission new security equipment in coordination with project teams and stakeholders
  • Provide technical training and support to end-users and maintenance staff
  • Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate records in Honeywell's service management systems
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales optimization
