- Valid certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, or fire safety) (experience)
- Strong knowledge of international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, EN 50131) (experience)
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site in restricted access locations (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Security Technology (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, PSP, or vendor-specific Honeywell training (experience)
- Experience with integrated building management systems (BMS) or SCADA (experience)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair security systems including IP-based CCTV, biometric access controls, and perimeter intrusion detection
- Perform preventive maintenance and software/firmware updates to ensure system uptime and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing on client sites, recommending mitigation strategies
- Install and commission new security equipment in coordination with project teams and stakeholders
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and maintenance staff
- Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate records in Honeywell's service management systems
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales optimization
