Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of gas pressure regulation systems, including regulators, valves, and metering equipment, ensuring compliance with international standards like DVGW and ISO.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-pressure gas installations to minimize downtime and enhance system safety.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and inspections using advanced diagnostic tools to optimize performance and longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to plan and implement service projects on customer sites worldwide.
- Document all service activities, generate reports, and provide technical training to clients and junior technicians.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Honeywell's quality management systems during all fieldwork.

- Valid certifications such as G3/G2 for gas installations (DVGW or equivalent) and work safety (e.g., SCC) (experience)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and hydraulic schematics (experience)
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in hybrid model (experience)
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Technology (experience)
- Experience with SCADA systems and digital pressure regulation technologies (experience)
- Additional certifications in welding (e.g., EN 287) or hazardous area operations (ATEX) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Install and commission gas pressure reduction stations, including safety shut-off valves and odorization systems
- Diagnose and repair faults in gas regulators using pressure testing and leak detection equipment
- Perform calibration and adjustment of control systems to meet precise pressure requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and safety checks prior to service interventions on live gas networks
- Train customers on system operation and maintenance best practices
- Update digital service logs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and support emergency on-call services
