Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of gas pressure regulation stations, ensuring compliance with international standards such as DVGW, ASME, and ISO 9951.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on regulators, valves, filters, and safety shutdown systems to minimize downtime and enhance system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex faults in high-pressure gas systems using diagnostic tools, pressure gauges, and SCADA interfaces, implementing rapid solutions under tight deadlines.
- Execute on-site modifications and upgrades to existing installations, integrating modern control technologies like PLCs and remote monitoring systems.
- Perform risk assessments, lockout/tagout procedures, and gas leak detection to uphold the highest safety protocols in hazardous environments.
- Document all service activities, generate detailed reports, and train local operators on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with project engineers, suppliers, and clients to deliver turnkey solutions for gas distribution networks.

- Ability to work independently on-site in international environments with flexible travel readiness (experience)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations including ATEX, TRBS, and pressure equipment safety (PED) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering (experience)
- Experience with SCADA systems, PLC programming (Siemens S7 or similar), or H2-ready gas regulators (experience)
- International project experience in LNG or biogas facilities (experience)
Responsibilities
- Install and commission gas pressure regulators, control valves, and metering stations on-site, ensuring precise pressure control and flow optimization
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic control systems under high-pressure conditions
- Conduct functional tests, leak checks, and performance verifications using calibrated instruments and software tools
- Perform upgrades and retrofits to enhance system reliability, incorporating digital twins and IoT sensors for predictive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards through rigorous documentation and audit preparation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for logistics, spare parts management, and handover to operations
- Provide technical training and support to clients and end-users on system operation and emergency procedures
