Key Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Liaise with clients to define requirements, provide status updates, and drive customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.
- Optimize service contracts, negotiate with vendors, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, local regulations, and Honeywell safety protocols.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification preferred) (experience)
- Strong understanding of BMS systems, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), and building controls (experience)
- Experience with service contract management and vendor coordination (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (experience)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell BMS products or Niagara Framework (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service projects for BMS retrofits, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking KPIs for performance
- Coordinate with field service teams, commissioning engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Identify and resolve technical issues in BMS hardware/software integrations
- Prepare and present project reports, including financials, risks, and lessons learned to stakeholders
- Foster strong client relationships to secure repeat business and service expansions
- Implement safety and quality assurance measures across all project phases
