Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission HVAC control systems, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and networking components, ensuring seamless integration with existing BMS infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and BMS equipment to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Configure software and hardware parameters using Honeywell's proprietary tools like Niagara Framework or ComfortPoint systems, tailoring setups to client specifications.
  • Conduct site assessments, system diagnostics, and performance testing to identify issues and recommend enhancements for energy efficiency and compliance.
  • Document all service activities, generate reports, and provide training to customer staff on system operation and basic maintenance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to deliver turnkey solutions that align with customer priorities and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, international codes (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO), and Honeywell quality standards during all on-site activities.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related technical field (experience)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems installation, service, and maintenance (experience)
  • Proven expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls, including DDC (Direct Digital Control) (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally and work on-site at customer locations (experience)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain necessary certifications for international work (experience)
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, pneumatics, and building automation protocols (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC-specific certifications such as NATE, EPA Section 608, or Honeywell-approved BMS training (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products like EBI, WEBs, or Spyder controllers (experience)
  • Previous international project experience in diverse climates and regulatory environments (experience)

Responsibilities
