We are seeking a dynamic Service Transformation Leader to join our Benelux Service Leadership Team. This hybrid role, based in Diegem, Kortrijk, or Liège, Belgium, will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of innovative service offerings across the region. Reporting to the Benelux Service Director, you will ensure seamless alignment among stakeholders, streamline operations by eliminating non-value-add tasks, and elevate customer experience through new methods of working. With a focus on onsite collaboration at the office, this position offers the chance to shape Honeywell's service excellence in a high-impact, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Benelux Service Leadership Team to design and deploy new service offerings, ensuring cross-functional alignment and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Lead the rollout of customer-centric solutions, including digital tools and process optimizations, to enhance service delivery and satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify and eliminate non-value-add activities through lean methodologies, targeting a 20-30% efficiency gain in service workflows.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives, providing training and support to field service teams for adopting new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with global product, sales, and operations stakeholders to integrate service transformations with Honeywell's broader portfolio strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs such as service uptime, response times, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop roadmaps for service innovation, leveraging data analytics to anticipate customer needs in industries like aerospace, building technologies, and industrial automation.

Summary

We have an opportunity for a Service Transformation Leader to join our team in Diegem, Kortrijk or Liege. The purpose of this position is to support the Benelux Service Leadership Team in the implementation of new Service Offerings, working to ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups. This role will ensure smooth roll-out of new, customer offerings and methods of working whilst reducing non-value-add tasks & improving customer experience. This is an onsite role and at the office.

  • Proven track record in implementing service offerings and change management programs (experience)
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably in Benelux or Europe (experience)
  • Strong understanding of lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies (experience)
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or French proficiency is highly advantageous (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification (experience)
  • Experience in Honeywell or similar high-tech manufacturing/service industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Benelux Service Leadership to define and implement new service offerings aligned with customer needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the rollout of digital service tools and optimized workflows to reduce non-value-add tasks
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to ensure buy-in and alignment across sales, operations, and field service groups
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including training programs for new methods of working
  • Analyze service performance data to identify improvement opportunities and track transformation success via KPIs
  • Drive customer experience enhancements through feedback loops and innovative service models
  • Partner with global teams to integrate regional transformations into Honeywell's enterprise service strategy
