- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and project management in a technical environment (experience)
- Ability to work on-site internationally with flexibility for travel and shift work (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Aviation Maintenance (experience)
- ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or CMRP certification (experience)
- 10+ years in aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) with supervisory roles (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily repair and overhaul operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop comprehensive strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize maintenance processes and resource utilization
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on complex systems such as engines, avionics, and hydraulics
- Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment failures
- Manage budgets, procure parts, and coordinate with suppliers and international teams for seamless project delivery
- Train and mentor technicians, promoting best practices and a safety-first culture
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and customer service teams to meet contractual obligations
