  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in service, repair, and overhaul of aerospace or industrial equipment (experience)
  • Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance teams and operations (experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations including FAA, EASA, and AS9100 standards (experience)
  • Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and project management in a technical environment (experience)
  • Ability to work on-site internationally with flexibility for travel and shift work (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Aviation Maintenance (experience)
  • ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or CMRP certification (experience)
  • 10+ years in aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) with supervisory roles (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily repair and overhaul operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Develop comprehensive strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize maintenance processes and resource utilization
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on complex systems such as engines, avionics, and hydraulics
