Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Honeywell's industrial control systems, HVAC equipment, and automation hardware to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct on-site installations and commissioning of new systems, including calibration, testing, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Diagnose complex technical issues using diagnostic tools, software, and Honeywell proprietary platforms, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Train customers and end-users on system operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices to maximize product lifecycle and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, sales, and project managers, to support service contracts and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory of spare parts, and compliance documentation in line with international regulations and Honeywell policies.
- Travel internationally as required (up to 50%) to service sites, adapting to diverse cultural and technical environments.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally (experience)
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) preferred (experience)
- Experience with safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (experience)
- Honeywell or industry-specific certifications (e.g., HVAC technician, PLC programming) (experience)
- Experience servicing international clients in aerospace or manufacturing sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled and emergency maintenance on Honeywell control systems and sensors to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Install and configure building automation systems, integrating IoT devices and software interfaces
- Utilize diagnostic software and multimeters to identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults
- Document service activities in Honeywell's CRM system and generate customer-facing reports
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct safety audits during fieldwork
- Liaise with suppliers for parts procurement and manage on-site inventory efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service processes
