- Receive incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damage, and accurately logging into inventory systems.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing items securely, generating shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS), conducting cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Comply with all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA guidelines and Honeywell's internal procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality control, to resolve shipping/receiving issues and optimize workflows.
- Assist in organizing warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and inventory accessibility.

- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP (experience)
Responsibilities
- Verify and document incoming shipments against bills of lading and purchase orders, reporting discrepancies to supervisor
- Pack, label, and stage outbound orders using best practices to prevent damage during transit
- Perform daily cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain 99%+ accuracy in stock levels
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks) to move materials safely within the warehouse
- Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate with vendors for credits or replacements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas per 5S standards
- Generate shipping reports and update records in real-time using digital tools
