Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving operations, including unloading deliveries, verifying shipments against purchase orders, and staging materials for production.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to move, store, and organize inventory in warehouse spaces.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Honeywell's ERP systems, conducting cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies to ensure 99%+ accuracy.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, labels, and manifests while complying with domestic and international regulations, including hazardous materials handling.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage or defects, initiate return processes, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending enhancements to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, perform routine equipment maintenance, and participate in safety audits to foster a zero-incident workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (experience)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies (experience)
- Experience in the building automation, aerospace, or manufacturing industry (experience)
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation, logging details into inventory systems and reporting discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery performance metrics are met
- Manage warehouse inventory through daily cycle counts, stock rotations, and FIFO methodologies to prevent obsolescence
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks) and RF scanners to handle materials safely and productively
- Prepare customs documentation and coordinate with carriers for domestic/international freight
- Conduct quality checks on packaging and labeling to comply with Honeywell standards and customer requirements
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to resolve supply chain issues and support operational needs
