Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and collateral materials tailored to smart city projects, highlighting Honeywell's IoT sensors, building automation, and data analytics solutions.
  • Conduct market research on smart city trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in the Middle East region to support sales strategies.
  • Support customer engagements by scheduling demos, gathering requirements, and following up on leads for smart infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align sales opportunities with technical capabilities.
  • Track sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce, generating reports on opportunities, win rates, and forecasting.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and client meetings to represent Honeywell's smart city portfolio.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices and feedback from sales activities.

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken) (experience)
  • Availability for 6-12 month internship (full-time or part-time hybrid) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or technology sectors (experience)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (experience)
  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives related to smart cities (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized sales presentations and proposals showcasing Honeywell's smart city solutions like building management systems and energy optimization platforms
  • Perform competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering to identify opportunities in municipal and private smart city projects
  • Coordinate with sales teams to qualify leads, prepare RFI/RFP responses, and support contract negotiations
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports for management
  • Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, demos, and workshops to promote Honeywell's portfolio
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure sales proposals align with technical feasibility
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to pipeline forecasting
