Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for automated control systems using C++, SQL databases, and Beckhoff automation platforms.
- Integrate real-time control logic with PLCs and HMI interfaces to optimize industrial automation processes.
- Lead debugging, testing, and validation of control software to meet stringent safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and project managers, to deliver end-to-end project solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and manage small project teams to drive timely project execution.
- Optimize system performance through code refactoring, database tuning, and Beckhoff TwinCAT configuration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (experience)
- Certifications in Beckhoff TwinCAT, PLC programming, or industrial automation (e.g., ISA-88) (experience)
- Experience with additional automation protocols like EtherCAT, OPC UA, or Modbus (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C++-based control algorithms for Beckhoff PLCs and motion control systems
- Design and optimize SQL databases for logging, reporting, and real-time data processing in automated environments
- Configure and program Beckhoff TwinCAT environments for high-performance industrial applications
- Conduct system integration testing, including simulation and hardware-in-the-loop validation
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of software issues in production control systems
- Collaborate with global teams to define software requirements and architecture for automation projects
- Document designs, generate reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards like IEC 61131-3
