Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-12 software engineers, conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and promoting professional growth.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Drive technical innovation by architecting scalable, cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and stakeholders, to align software solutions with business objectives.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize development efficiency and code quality.
