Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in production environments, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead small projects to foster team growth and innovation.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (experience)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions in a team environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- AWS Certified Developer or equivalent cloud certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, IoT, or industrial software applications (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions for Honeywell's connected products and platforms
- Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing systems using industry-standard tools
- Lead debugging and performance tuning efforts to ensure 99.9%+ uptime in mission-critical applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Integrate machine learning models and IoT data streams into enterprise software ecosystems
- Drive code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to security standards
- Document technical designs and mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies
