Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

  • Experience with embedded systems or real-time operating systems (RTOS) (experience)
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and debug software applications for Honeywell's aerospace and industrial products
  • Integrate software components with hardware interfaces, ensuring seamless system performance
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and refactor existing codebases for improved maintainability and efficiency
  • Develop automated testing frameworks and participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to meet project milestones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in production environments under tight deadlines
  • Stay current with industry trends and contribute ideas for process improvements
