Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software modules using modern programming languages and frameworks to support Honeywell's core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and architects, to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases, implementing fixes and enhancements to ensure reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in embedded systems or cloud-based environments.
- Document technical specifications, APIs, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept projects for new initiatives.

- Develop and maintain software applications using Java, C++, or Python for Honeywell's industrial automation and aerospace systems
- Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability in mission-critical environments
- Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and user stories
- Optimize application performance by profiling code, reducing latency, and managing resource utilization
- Participate in peer code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices
- Support deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker)
- Investigate and resolve production issues through log analysis and debugging tools
