Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Implement scalable, reliable, and efficient code for embedded systems, cloud-based services, or industrial IoT applications.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and quality assurance teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Integrate software with hardware components and third-party APIs in aerospace or automation systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.

- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and software architecture principles (experience)
- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools (experience)
- Ability to obtain relevant security clearances if required for projects (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, ISTQB, or Honeywell-specific training (experience)
- Experience with embedded systems programming or real-time operating systems (RTOS) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software modules for embedded systems and cloud-integrated applications using C++, Java, or Python
- Lead the implementation of features for industrial control systems, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization using tools like JUnit, pytest, or similar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in production environments
- Document code, APIs, and technical designs for maintainability and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to innovation by prototyping new technologies and participating in code reviews
