Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices in software architecture and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement features that meet business objectives.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to enhance application performance, reliability, and security.
- Integrate software components with hardware systems, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and IoT devices, supporting Honeywell's connected ecosystem.
- Lead small project teams or modules, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring timely delivery within agile sprints.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and system-level tests, to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using Java, C++, Python, or .NET frameworks
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables
- Lead code reviews, refactoring efforts, and performance tuning to ensure production-ready code
- Integrate applications with Honeywell's cloud platforms and IoT ecosystems for real-time data processing
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document technical designs, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment in hybrid cloud environments
