Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver features on schedule.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases, implementing enhancements for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
