Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and hardware engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

- Strong proficiency in software testing, debugging, and deployment practices (experience)
- Experience working in agile/Scrum environments with version control systems like Git (experience)
- Ability to obtain relevant security clearances if required for projects (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, ISTQB, or Honeywell-specific training (experience)
- Experience with real-time embedded systems or safety-critical software (DO-178C compliance) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software components for Honeywell's connected products and platforms using C++, Java, or Python
- Lead the integration of software with hardware systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance
- Perform unit, integration, and system-level testing to validate functionality and compliance with industry standards
- Optimize algorithms and data structures for efficiency in resource-constrained environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architectures, and technical roadmaps
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in production environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline enhancements
