Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales engineers to identify customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions that align with Honeywell's portfolio in automation, IoT, and industrial technologies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts, achieving revenue targets through innovative solution proposals.
  • Provide expert technical consultations during customer engagements, demonstrating product capabilities and integrating Honeywell solutions into client systems.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and service teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and emerging trends.
  • Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and ROI analyses to support sales cycles and accelerate deal closures.
  • Monitor industry trends in industrial automation and digital transformation to position Honeywell as a thought leader.

  • Proven track record of leading sales engineering teams and achieving revenue growth targets (experience)
  • Strong understanding of Honeywell's technology domains such as building automation, aerospace systems, or performance materials (experience)
  • Experience in hybrid work environments with international customer exposure (experience)
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
  • Certifications in IoT (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT), Salesforce, or Honeywell-specific training (experience)
  • Experience in the European industrial market with a focus on Italy (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales engineers in developing customized solution architectures for client challenges in automation and digital transformation
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies that leverage technical expertise to drive pipeline growth and exceed quarterly targets
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value sessions to prospective clients
  • Cultivate and manage strategic customer relationships to ensure retention and expansion opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to Honeywell's product roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to integrate new technologies into sales propositions
  • Prepare and present ROI analyses and business cases to support high-value deals
