Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Honeywell's commitment to operational excellence and sustainable supply chain practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Conduct RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and lead negotiations to secure favorable contracts, achieving annual savings goals of 10-15%.
- Manage supplier relationships, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain resilience across global markets.
- Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to recommend sourcing decisions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to integrate sourcing activities into product development and production cycles.
- Maintain accurate sourcing data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) and generate reports on KPIs such as savings realization, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
- Support sustainability initiatives by prioritizing suppliers with strong ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices.

- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for indirect and direct materials, targeting 10-15% cost reductions annually

- Analyze spend data and market intelligence to optimize total cost of ownership and drive value
