Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and cross-selling Honeywell's advanced technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and service delivery, to design and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer alignment.
  • Track account performance using CRM tools, providing regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
  • Drive customer success by monitoring satisfaction metrics, resolving issues promptly, and promoting upsell opportunities.

Summary

As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will manage key accounts, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Taiwan team on a Hybrid work schedule.

  • Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar accounts and achieving revenue growth targets (experience)
  • Experience in the Asia-Pacific market, particularly Taiwan, with understanding of local business practices (experience)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills in B2B environments (experience)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications in sales management (e.g., CPSM) or industry-specific credentials (e.g., Honeywell product training) (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products or similar industrial IoT, automation, or building technologies solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to grow revenue by 15-20% annually through upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to align Honeywell solutions with their strategic objectives
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent markets using data-driven insights
  • Lead proposal development and presentations, customizing solutions to address client pain points in automation and safety
  • Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate product value through pilots, demos, and ROI analyses
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to position Honeywell as the preferred partner
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Honeywell's ethical sales standards
