This role is pivotal in driving multi-billion-dollar deals for mega-scale infrastructure projects, including NEOM, The Red Sea Project, and Qiddiya, by delivering Honeywell’s cutting-edge automation, energy management, and sustainable building technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for Giga Projects, identifying opportunities to deploy Honeywell’s integrated solutions in smart cities, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, developers, and EPC firms, to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in crafting compelling proposals, managing RFPs, and negotiating complex contracts valued at $100M+.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling Honeywell’s IoT-enabled platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and decarbonization technologies tailored to mega-project needs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position Honeywell as the preferred partner for sustainable, resilient infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with global product teams to customize offerings, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations and Vision 2030 sustainability goals.
  • Monitor project pipelines, forecast sales, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of closing large-scale deals ($50M+) in the Middle East, preferably KSA (experience)
  • Deep understanding of Giga Projects, Vision 2030, and Saudi regulatory environment (experience)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in RFP processes and contract negotiations (experience)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (experience)
  • Prior experience with NEOM, PIF, or other Giga Project stakeholders (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with C-suite executives and government officials to uncover and qualify Giga Project opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies that align Honeywell’s portfolio with client mega-project roadmaps
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract award, including solution demonstrations and ROI analyses
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customized proposals for automation, safety, and sustainability solutions
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and SLAs for high-value contracts while mitigating risks
  • Track pipeline health, provide accurate forecasting, and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and client workshops to enhance brand visibility
