Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for Giga Projects, identifying opportunities worth $500M+ in annual revenue potential.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions in automation, energy management, cybersecurity, and sustainable building technologies.
  • Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with C-suite executives from hyperscalers, governments, and EPC firms.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position Honeywell as the preferred partner for mega-scale projects.
  • Drive customer success by ensuring project milestones are met, resolving escalations, and maximizing customer satisfaction (NPS > 80).
  • Collaborate with Honeywell's global R&D and product teams to customize offerings for unique Giga Project requirements.
  • Report on pipeline health, win rates, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.

  • Proven track record managing $100M+ strategic accounts in Giga-scale projects (e.g., data centers, renewables) (experience)
  • Experience in international markets with cross-cultural team leadership (experience)
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract negotiation and revenue forecasting (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (experience)
  • Prior experience in hyperscale data centers or semiconductor manufacturing projects (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account lifecycle for top-tier Giga Project clients, from opportunity identification to contract closure and expansion
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with Fortune 500 C-level stakeholders to secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals
  • Lead solution workshops and RFI/RFP responses, aligning Honeywell's portfolio with client megaproject needs
  • Analyze project pipelines using CRM tools to forecast revenue and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate with internal Honeywell teams (engineering, legal, finance) to deliver integrated project solutions
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives, targeting 20%+ YoY account growth
  • Represent Honeywell at industry conferences and client events to enhance brand visibility
