Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales targets, expanding Honeywell's market share in instrumentation solutions for Oil & Gas clients.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in multinational energy firms, understanding their operational challenges and aligning Honeywell's portfolio to deliver measurable value.
  • Lead complex solution sales cycles, from needs assessment and technical demonstrations to contract negotiation and deal closure, targeting multi-million-dollar opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and service delivery to customize instrumentation offerings like DCS, SCADA, and predictive maintenance tools.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer forecasting to identify emerging trends in LNG, offshore drilling, and refining processes.
  • Drive customer success post-sale by ensuring seamless implementation, training, and ongoing support to maximize ROI and foster repeat business.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase innovations in safety instrumentation and digital transformation.

  • Demonstrated track record of closing large-scale deals (>$1M) in upstream, midstream, or downstream sectors (experience)
  • Deep knowledge of industry standards such as API, ISA, and SIL ratings for instrumentation (experience)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and ERP systems (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (experience)
  • 10+ years in Oil & Gas with exposure to digital twin or IIoT solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and penetrate key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector to grow revenue through instrumentation product lines
  • Conduct technical consultations and ROI analyses to position Honeywell solutions against competitors like Emerson or Yokogawa
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable long-term agreements
  • Coordinate with R&D and product teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Monitor account health, upsell services like asset performance management, and mitigate risks
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations, proposals, and business reviews
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
