Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying upsell opportunities and negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with client executives, acting as their trusted advisor on Honeywell's portfolio of automation, IoT, and energy management solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including sales, technical support, and product management—to deliver customized proposals and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to position Honeywell solutions effectively and drive long-term account penetration.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless project implementation, customer satisfaction, and post-sale support.
  • Track key performance metrics, prepare executive reports, and forecast revenue using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry conferences and client events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Experience in B2B sales cycles, including contract negotiation and CRM systems like Salesforce (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% (experience)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German) preferred (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell product-specific training (experience)
  • Experience in IoT, automation, or sustainability solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full account lifecycle from prospecting and opportunity identification to contract closure and retention
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver ROI-focused presentations to executive stakeholders
  • Negotiate complex, multi-year agreements while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with international regulations
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to customize Honeywell solutions for client-specific challenges
  • Monitor account health through KPIs, implement retention strategies, and drive expansion via cross-selling
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to support regional revenue goals
  • Foster long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional post-sales support and value realization
