Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve annual revenue goals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned portfolios.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, conducting quarterly business reviews to align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to deliver customized proposals and technical demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and product roadmap contributions.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Drive customer adoption of Honeywell's digital solutions, such as IoT platforms and predictive analytics, through training and support programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support international expansion initiatives and resolve escalated issues promptly.

  • Strong commercial acumen with skills in CRM systems like Salesforce (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell product-specific training (experience)
  • Experience in IoT, automation, or sustainability solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full account lifecycle from prospecting to renewal, achieving 120%+ of revenue targets
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present ROI-driven value propositions to key decision-makers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to customize Honeywell solutions for client-specific challenges
  • Monitor account health through KPIs and implement retention strategies to minimize churn
  • Generate pipeline through networking at industry events and leveraging referrals
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Provide market intelligence to influence product development and pricing strategies
