Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct complex reconciliations of general ledger accounts, sub-ledgers, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and support SOX compliance audits.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and forecasting support for budgeting and planning.
- Lead ad-hoc projects such as cost allocation reviews, process improvements, and system implementations (e.g., ERP enhancements).
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to team development initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax provision calculations and support external audits.

- Proven experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance under GAAP/IFRS (experience)
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls (experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or MBA (experience)
- Big 4 public accounting experience (experience)
- Advanced certifications such as CMA or CIA (experience)
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements and perform variance analysis to support management reporting
- Execute month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Conduct financial audits support and respond to internal/external auditor inquiries
- Develop financial models and forecasts to aid in budgeting and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial metrics and KPIs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
