Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections to optimize cash flow.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools and best practices to streamline operations and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal controls, conducting audits and reconciliations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and procurement, to support business initiatives and forecasting.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development initiatives.

- Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance (Indian GAAP, IFRS) (experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar (experience)
- CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification (experience)
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive process improvements (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA (experience)
- Big 4 audit firm experience or multinational corporate exposure (experience)
- Advanced certifications like CPA (US) or ACCA (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice verification, payment processing, and dispute resolution
- Maintain general ledger integrity through timely postings, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management review
- Lead process optimization initiatives, leveraging automation and data analytics to enhance efficiency
- Ensure adherence to SOX, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements through internal controls and audits
- Collaborate with global finance teams on intercompany transactions and consolidations
- Provide financial insights and support ad-hoc projects for business leaders
