Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections to optimize cash flow.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal controls, including GST, TDS, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and operations, to resolve discrepancies and support business decisions.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in system implementations or upgrades for ERP systems like SAP.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance (experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
- CA Inter or equivalent certification preferred (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or CA/CMA qualification (experience)
- Experience in multinational corporate environments (experience)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA or Power BI for reporting (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice verification, approval workflows, and timely payments to maintain strong supplier relationships
- Handle accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and dispute resolution to ensure optimal cash inflows
- Maintain general ledger accuracy through daily postings, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review
- Drive process automation and improvements using tools like RPA or ERP enhancements to streamline operations
- Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, and local regulations, and support external audits
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement financial controls and system integrations
