- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations, month-end closes, and financial reporting for multi-entity international operations.
- Analyze financial data to identify variances, trends, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
- Manage intercompany transactions, consolidations, and foreign currency translations with precision.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing control enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, treasury, and business units to optimize financial processes.
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems like SAP, automating workflows to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in general ledger management, financial consolidations, and month-end close processes (experience)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards (experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or MBA (experience)
- Big 4 audit experience or public accounting background (experience)
- International tax or transfer pricing knowledge (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry (experience)
Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closes for assigned entities
- Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies, and post adjusting journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for leadership review
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls, internal policies, and regulatory compliance across international locations
- Collaborate with global business partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities using advanced Excel, Power BI, or RPA tools
- Assist in external audits, tax filings, and special projects such as system migrations or M&A integrations
