  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or Rockwell Automation Certified Specialist (experience)
  • 10+ years in aerospace, building automation, or process control industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the promotion and sale of advanced applications and system solutions, including custom integrations for Honeywell Forge and Experion platforms
  • Execute sales strategies by identifying key opportunities, qualifying leads, and negotiating complex contracts with C-level stakeholders
  • Build and nurture strategic customer relationships through ongoing technical support, solution roadmapping, and value-based selling
  • Mentor a team of 5-10 sales engineers, conducting performance reviews and driving professional development initiatives
  • Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and on-site demonstrations to showcase ROI and system capabilities
  • Analyze customer pain points and competitive landscapes to recommend optimized Honeywell solutions
