In this senior role, you will lead complex, high-stakes projects across our business units, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of innovative solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Reporting to the Project Management leadership, you will leverage advanced methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for advanced engineering and technology projects, from inception through execution and closure, utilizing PMI/PMI-ACP methodologies.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies for multi-million INR initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional global teams, including engineering, R&D, supply chain, and stakeholders, to align on deliverables and resolve escalated issues.
- Implement advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera) to track progress, forecast variances, and generate executive-level reports.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned, and optimizing processes for future high-impact projects.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with Honeywell's quality and safety standards.
- Mentor junior project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and agile project delivery.

- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification from PMI or similar recognized body (experience)
- Demonstrated experience with hybrid/agile project methodologies and enterprise tools like MS Project or Primavera (experience)
- Strong understanding of supply chain, risk management, and regulatory compliance in a global context (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or MBA (experience)
- Experience in Honeywell Strategic Business Units (Aerospace, HBT, SPS, or PMT) (experience)
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean certification (experience)

- Orchestrate end-to-end project execution for advanced technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and financial models to deliver within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams to resolve technical, operational, and commercial challenges
- Prepare and present progress dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
- Conduct thorough project audits and post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned and drive process enhancements
